Naseem Najeh

Season the tuna with the olive oil and salt. Black pepper Toast the tuna in the hot pan Marinate the bean sprout the fig and the julienne sweet pepper with chili oil and toasted sesame caramelize the shallot and cook with the cherry juice and red wine vinegar and the thyme.

  • Fresh tuna fillet

  • Black fig

  • Bean sprout

  • Olive oil

  • Chili oil

  • Toasted sesame

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Julienne trio

  • Sweet pepper

  • Fresh dill  leaves

  • Chives
